1. Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Beautiful Memories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Beautiful Memories provides professional hair and makeup services for weddings and special events. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Bridal hair styling and makeup
  • Bridal party hair and makeup
  • Bridal previews/trials
  • On-location services
  • Nail services and massages

3. Booking and Deposits

To secure your booking:

  • A signed contract is required
  • A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required
  • Minimum of 4 services required for wedding bookings
  • Full payment is due on the day of the event

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • The deposit/retainer is non-refundable
  • Cancellations within 30 days may incur additional fees
  • Preview/trial appointments require 48 hours notice

5. Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

6. Travel Fees

Travel fees are charged at $2 per mile, per artist (round trip). The travel fee covers our time and transportation to your venue or location.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and venue information
  • Having a well-lit, clean space for services
  • Arriving on time for preview appointments
  • Communicating any allergies or skin sensitivities
  • Following preparation guidelines before appointments

8. Gratuity

Tips are not included in service prices and are not expected. However, gratuities are always appreciated if you feel our team has exceeded your expectations.

9. Photo Release

By booking with Beautiful Memories, you consent to the use of photos from your event for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

10. Liability

Beautiful Memories is not responsible for allergic reactions to products. Please inform us of any known allergies prior to your appointment. We use professional-grade, hypoallergenic products.
